ECONOMIC CRITERIA:
Financial solvency
The Applicant must prove a legal source of income outside Cyprus in the amount of at least €30,000 and buy real estate in the primary market with their own funds received from abroad.
Real estate acquisition
One or two properties must be purchased from the same development company from the primary market with a total value of at least €300,000 + VAT
Financial pledge
A three-year deposit of €30,000 + €5,000 for each family member (spouse/children) + €8,000 for each parent is to be pledged with a bank.
The Application must be accompanied by title deeds or a sale contract in the name of one of the spouses which has been officially filed, of a real estate of total market value of at least €300.000 (plus V.A.T.) and official payment receipts of at least €200.000 (plus V.A.T.), irrespective of the delivery date of the real estate. It should be stressed that the full payment of the real estate value shall be settled in an account in a financial institution in Cyprus.

An Applicant may purchase up to two housing units (apartments or houses) from the same development company, or one housing unit + a shopping outlet of a surface of up to 100 sq.m., or an office of a surface of up to 250 sq.m.
OTHER CRITERIA:
The Applicant is to be over 18 Years Old
Only an adult can be qualified to submit the Application.
Clean Criminal Record
The Applicant must have a clean criminal record, and generally, they should not be considered as a threat in any way to the public order or public security in Cyprus.
No employment in Cyprus
The Applicant and his/her spouse shall confirm that they do not intend to undertake any sort of employment in Cyprus. It is noted that they may be a shareholder(s) in a Company registered in Cyprus and get dividends from such a company.
The sale of the declared real estate without immediate replacement with another immovable property of the same or higher value will cause revoking of the Immigration Permit.
